We are really grateful that we were able to novate our own builder and found Domain M&C in that process. Everyone there that we dealt with, was professional, honest and thorough. In particular Jarrod & Dom, they helped put it all together and make the repair works to our home happen. The circumstances were very unique to our claim. They were both very helpful, patient and understanding, and those values appeared to be reflected throughout the business and their contractors. Once approved, it was impressive how well they put everything together, and got things done; to a high level of workmanship; maintaining open line of communication; only making realistic commitments; and honouring them. This showed a high level of integrity, so we knew where we stood the whole time, what the end result would likely be. This was welcomed and refreshing, and made it easy to work in with them.

Exceptional!! We highly recommend Jarrod and Ugo and would welcome them back to our home for any work in the future. They are both absolute professionals with great attention to detail and high quality standards. They did an excellent job with our roof replacement and Jarrod went above and beyond with his fantastic levels of service and follow up. Others might have seen an opportunity to do unnecessary work for additional money but Jarrod put our mind at ease and told us that all the roof problems would be sorted out through the works in his initial quote. Jarrod was excellent with his communication every step of the way. We were never left wondering what the status of anything was. We couldn't have asked for more and are now so happy every time it rains. Two complete gentlemen doing excellent work, 100% reliable and at a more than reasonable price. It's all win, win, win for anyone they do some works for. Highly recommended!!

Wow! We are thrilled with our ‘new’ home. It looks even better than we’d hoped, which is great. We’ve obviously dealt with you in the past, Ugo, and were glad to have the opportunity again. Martin, you have been an exceptional project manager. Thanks for the regular, clear communication about the job.
